NOTICE

The Elizabeth Township Zoning Hearing Board shall meet at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14, 2011, at the Elizabeth Township Municipal Office, 423 South View Drive, Lititz, PA 17543, to consider the following application: \

Case No. 11-11. The application of Valdir A. Desousa, 1902 Pennsylvania Avenue, Lititz, PA 17543, requests the following actions for property located at the above Pennsylvania Avenue address: I

1. A special exception pursuant to Sections 502. and 506.B.(1) of lthe Elizabeth Township Zoning Ordinance to expand a non-conforming use/dwelling on a lot with an area of less than 21,780 square feet.

2. A variance pursuant to Sections 203.C. and 503.A. of the Zoning Ordinance to construct the addition to the dwelling within the 30' side yard setback and 50' rear yard setback.

The property is owned by Valdir A. & Luciane Akemi F. Desousa, 1902 Pennsylvania Avenue, Lititz, PA 17543. The property is located in the (R-l) Suburban Residential Zone.
