ACCESSORY USES AND STRUCTURES
(Storage Sheds, Detached Garages, etc.)
Unless otherwise specified, the following requirements shall apply to accessory uses and structures:
A. Front yard setback - No accessory uses (except permitted signs) shall be located within the front yard and/or in front of a residence.
B. Side and Rear yard setbacks -
Structures up to 15 feet high - six (6) feet.
Structures 15 to 35 feet high - fifteen (15) feet.
C. Maximum permitted height - thirty-five (35) feet.
FENCES AND WALLS
No fence or wall (except agricultural, required junk yard or tennis court walls or fences, or a retainer wall of a building) shall be erected to a height of more than three (3) feet in a front yard and more than six (6) feet in any other yard within an Agricultural, Conservation, Village Commercial or Residential Zone. No fence or wall shall block motorist view of vehicles entering or exiting a property. Except as required elsewhere within the Zoning Ordinance, permitted fences are exempted from principal and accessory use setbacks.
SWIMMING POOLS
All swimming pools shall be completely enclosed by a four (4) foot high fence or wall with a self-closing and lockable gate; however, this does not apply to above-ground pools having a wall measuring four (4) feet in height and having a retractable ladder. All pools must have setbacks of at least ten (10) feet from all lot lines.
