ELIZABETH TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES ELIZABETH
September
1, 2010
With only three ETPC members in attendance at 7:00 p.m., no formal
meeting was called to order on September 1, 2010.
In attendance were Pat Moulds, Eileen Lieberman and Todd Miller.
Supervisor, Rodney D. May, and Township secretary, Rita
Snavely, were present at the meeting. New Business Lot
Add-on Plan – Abram G. Flory
Ted Cromleigh from Diehm and Sons Surveyors attended the meeting to
present and explain the proposed Flory Lot Add-on Plan.
Applicant wishes to create a ten acre lot by adding 6.10 acres to a 3.9
acre tract of land in order to qualify for Clean and Green classification.
There is no proposed construction as part of this Plan.
The Plan was reviewed by the Zoning Officer and a Zoning Officer
Notification Letter was provided for submittal of the Plan to LCPC. Other Business
The next regular ETPC meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2010,
